Thank you for sharing us this video about the Taekwondo competition. At first glance, people without any knowledge about martial arts will think that taekwondo is a violent sport. They will think that it is all about kicking, punching, and hurting your enemy. However, martial art is not just striking. It is knowing the idea or the art of defending yourself. Martial art is the cultivation of our mind, body, and spirit. It may look violent to some people, but for me, it is a graceful art.
